Please I need advice.. Tender under my breast!

I was only on Birth Control for two months and the second month I did have feeling of bruised breasts but I'm not on it now. I never in my life experienced this only that time when I was on BC. After my period up to CD11 I had unprotected sex:) that was my first month off BC but I wasn't on it long at all.. The bottom off my breast hurts when I apply pressure,my breasts/nipples aren't sore besides that. I'm CD28 now and having cramps just like period like cramps.
