Pooping during sex

There have been many times where my husband and I are having sex and right when I come I begin to poop. I know it sounds discussing it is something that I am so embarrassed about to the point where I no longer want to have sex. He has been the sweetest and kindest man he does not mind it at all he just wants me to be ok. Has this happened to anyone? It always happens when im about to come.
