Should I️ rest or not?!

So I’m in my second day post transfer, and I️ took it very easy today and yesterday. But I️ go to school and have been looking at my classes and feeling so behind. So I️ might wanna go to school tomorrow 😞
Idk if I️ should rest more at home or just go back to normal life. What did you guys do?

I went for acupuncture right after my transfer and back to work the next day and I'm now 21w.   Taking it easy doesn't have to mean staying at home!

You can go back to school! My doctor always said no need for bed rest or even couch rest. Just eat like you’re pregnant (no sushi, e.g.), avoid strenuous exercise, no lifting repeatedly above 20 lbs. I usually chill out for one full day after but then go back to work. I keep up my normal chores and continue to walk the dog, etc.

Your Dr should have given you any specific instructions. If he thought you should rest more than usual or at all he would have told you.
