7 month old not sleeping
So my 7 month old baby girl is still not sleeping through the night. She only take two small naps a day & she always drinks a bottle with baby food in it so that she stays full every night around 10:00 pm. But she still has a habit of waking up 2-3 times after that 😞 any mommys know any method I can use to get her to sleep more? I’m literally a walking zombie everyday now. Ugh. Anyone?? ANYTHING OR any advice would be helpful please 🙏🏻
