keep getting infections

I'm 9 weeks PP after my second csection. My section with my first went perfectly and everything healed nicely, however with my second my section has left me with an 'apron'. Due to my tummy over hanging, i keep getting infections in my scar/under the apron. its really starting to bother me, i had dressings for the first 6 1/2 weeks of my daughters life and 2 lots of antibiotics and then the infection went. And its back....

I cant physically have any more dressings because where they are plasters it made the skin really raw and hurt. No matter how much weight I loose or exercise it isnt shrinking. I dont wear clothing or underwear that sits low so nothing can rub.

How am I supposed to keep the infection away? im at my wits end.
