Bleeding

Hey ladies need your input. I am 12dpiui and I’ve been crampy the past couples days took a test yesterday (11dpiui) it was negative. Today i went to the bathroom and when i waited there was a light pink on the tissue. Is this my period or pregnancy? On the first day of my cycle i always have bad cramping but i have nothing i don’t feel anything.
