need work out advice :)
okay ladies, I need to start working out I'm a month postpartum and I don't know where to start. I used to do Sports in high school so I was always in shape for that but that's been 6 years ago. I can't afford a gym membership so I have to do it all from home. I have dumbbells. what are your home workout routines or what's your advice that I should do I want to tone my legs but arms and tummy, and lift my boobs. I eat very healthy and meal prep already but I want to start working out. any help is greatly appreciated. and motivation pictures are welcome!!
