Flu shots are dangerous

I am 20&3 weeks today and had a visit to check on my little one. My OB said she'd like for me to get a flu shot as it's getting super cold here and it's a little tougher to fight the flu while pregnant. I'm curious to see if anyone has also gotten one? I've never had a flu vaccine and am a little concerned about pros and cons. Please share your thoughts! 💕
