At the end of my rope 😑

I am so sick of my dog never listening to me! She use to be such a good listener!! She was so easy to train! I could teach her a trick and she would have it down in no more than 5 minutes! Now, she doesn't come when called, barks constantly, growls at people, tried to bite my mom, and chews everything even after she gets her exercise. She gets to go for a walk in the morning and at night and when I get home from work and let her out we play fetch and run around for an hour. She does well with fetch, but that's about it. I have tried just about everything. She loves to be sprayed by the water bottle, even with a little vinegar in it. Isn't phased by the static shock collar or the beep, vibration, or light on it. I can't afford a $200 kennel for her and for her size that's the cheapest I have found, I also don't have room in my home for that. I also can't afford a dog trainer. I don't even think we have one her in my tiny town. The closest one would be at least an hour and a half away. I don't know what else to do, but she is driving me insane!!!
