Anyone have crazy hormones or is it just me?

I get horrible mood swings, emotional, and irrational. Doesnt take much to upset me. My poor soon to be husband. He is so good and patient.

Yes! My poor hubby. I always try to keep a leash on my mood swings and he calls it 'teetering' because I'm on the edge of a bad mood. He runs up to me screaming 'teeter, teeter, teeter' like an ambulance and hugs me until I laugh it off. He's the best remedy and so patient!

Haha oooh yes. During ovulation my hormones go crazy and basically it's "hold me I'm hungry but wait DON'T TOUCH ME GO AWAY why don't you cuddle me? Am I not attractive anymore?? I'm hungry! My back hurts! I'm still hungry! Cuddles! Go away! I'm HUNGRY!" Lol my poor fiance...I'm so glad he still loves me

Oh yeah Im right there with ya I get to feeling like a crazy person. Work has been stressful too which doesn't help sometimes I wanna scream....then cry...then laugh bc Im so nuts. Haha What fun it is to be a women.

Are you on hormonal birth control? I was on the nuvaring for about 4 years and the last year I was horrible. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I started having anxiety attacks every day. I felt like I was literally going out of my mind. The week I decided to not put the next ring in, my mood swings completely went away. I was in such an amazing mood that I had actually forgotten what a happy person I used to be. I noticed the same thing is kind of happening to my friend. She didn't go on BC until shortly before her wedding (8 months ago) and her husband is begging her to go off it cause she's turned into a complete nut! If you're not on BC then idk why you would have such crazy mood swings but hopefully they get better for you!

Definitely someone's i get sick terrible mood swings out of nowhere that scare me and my poor husband doesn't have to even do anything and I'll either randomly snap at him or just start crying for no reason I'm not sure how he puts up with me cause lord knows a lot of the time i don't even wanna deal with myself
