Help me creative Mamma's 🙇

I recieved a bumper guard from family for the cradle I'm going to be using for my son after he is born (35 weeks now). The thing is, bumper guards are a no no and I'm not putting it in there with him. I do want to utilize it though, wasting it seems silly. Any ideas as to what I can do with it? I can sew if that helps. I'll add a picture of it, it's kind of massive.

It totally doesn't even have to be used for him also, I have pets and myself too haha. I am just looking for any idea as to how to utilize it.
