2 month old teething

Ok so my son has five teeth on the bottom coming in and I️ called the dr now for the record I️ asked this last time I️ went to the dr she said it’s fine anyway I️ got him nubby teething jell with the pacifier so my husband said call again to just double check itsour first child so we double check everything so I️ call and a different dr not his dr a different dr says that no he can’t I️t does say 4 months but hey he has five teeth coming in at once I️ been buying him chewing stuff and nothing seems to work even a pacifier that like a strawberry is a teething pacifier but he doesn’t like I️t what do u think no I️ still should just not use the jell or should I️ try a little
