Pumping between feedings.
Who here pumps between feedings? How long after feeding do you pump? I am a first time mom with a very healthy supply and I’m having a hard time knowing when best to pump between feedings. I have to before bed or I wake up in pain by the morning (I do breast feed during the night but never pump like I do during the day).
