TMI looking for an answer.

TMI but I gotta ask. So with my last pregnancy I bled for about 3 weeks at around 6-8 weeks, now with this one I’ve been spotting for a few days now what looks like discharge and old blood sometimes pinkish. I can hear the baby with the Doppler but I remember my ob telling me dong go in unless u r cramping and bleeding a lot which I’m not. I had sexy time like 5 days ago so any idea of what’s going on I am also 15 weeks for those of u who don’t know. I see my ob on the 14th. Could it just be the same thing from last ? Just later? They did find a blood clot something like that with my last one which went away.
