Pushing to hard while pooping??

I know this might sound dumb.. but its so hard for me to poop .. is it bad if im pushing to hard in 10 weeks 5 days.  Will I hurt the baby????

constipation os a problem with pregnancy espeically while taking prenatals. a lot of women take docusate which is a stool.softener and have to really increase their water intake.

Get some prune juice otherwise hemorrhoids will be in your future.

Take some fibre or drink lots of apple juice and such :)

LOL. No. You won't hurt the baby. But you might hurt yourself. Try drinking a glass or two of V8 every day... the fiber will help.
