Gagged and puked this up. What should I do?

Excuse the dog hair 😂 but this was thick like phlegm and now each time I cough I get a metal taste. Only happened ONCE. was feeling sick after going pee. I’m almost 19 weeks. I did have chocolate ice cream my man said that’s what it looks like. Feeling better since this came up....I wasn’t able to cough until this was out. I’ve been feeling baby kick and move every once in a while since it happened.
