C section in 4 hours NERVOUS RANT. UPDATE*

Hello everyone I am so happy I found this group as I am a FTM and also on the December group!

Well just 2 weeks ago we found out our baby girl is breech 😩 ( head up and bum totally down ) I had the ultrasound that confirmed it, we tried doing the ECV and it failed not to mention it was really uncomfortable (my poor bubs) so we had an appointment with my doctor last Monday and we went ahead and booked the c section.

Well the time has come.. I am scared, nervous, excited, happy, sad, every emotion you can think of I barely slept lol it’s actually 4AM right now hubby is sound asleep!

This isn’t how I envisioned my birth but I also was trying to be realistic that anything could happen and shouldn’t get wrapped up on one sort of birth. I am sad that my first child I wont be delivering vaginally but if baby is coming out safely that’s all the matters now.

So please pray everything goes okay share some stories lol ease my mind of anxiety.

thank you everyone who replied sorry i could not get to reply sooner, just updating I had the baby she came in to this world weighing 7lbs she is safe and healthy *thank you god* I got discharged from the hospital yesterday.

I on the other hand am feeling so miserably sore when I go from the sit to stand I am slow at straightening out, I am having constant lower mid-ish back pain it almost feels like the same spot they gave me for the spinal freeze it’s achy and I also feel sometimes short of breath almost feels like I have strong gas cramp and I can’t breathe through it. Will this ever get better? I know it’s too soon to vent about all this but i feel miserable I am so thankful for hubby who has stepped up and is doing a lot to take care of baby and I, Ive heard of this binder and the hospital never gave me one when I asked they didn’t know what I was taking about.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on what more I can do to feel remotely better?
