8 weeks and my only symptom vanished:(

So today I’m exactly 8 week and so far I had no symptoms whatsoever except sore breasts and today I woke up and this is also gone. I can’t help but worry and all I read is negative... So I had ultrasound at 6 weeks 4 days and a heart beat was detected but everywhere around the internet there are so many people saying that even with detected heart beat the pregnancy ended in miscarriage when there was lack of symptoms. So all I need is some reassurance is this normal?? I have no spotting, no bleeding, no cramping, basically I feel completely normal and this terrifies me! :(
