Frustrated with family & TTC

Long story short we’ve tried everything under the sun for years to conceive our second. Now we’re almost at egg retrieval day after hearing I have the egg reserve of a 45yo (I’m 27) and his sperm are morphed so IVF was our only option.

As if infertility doesn’t suck enough on its own I am constantly subjected to my SIL & her crying about not being pregnant yet with their second (my nephew just turned 2) Nothing is wrong with them...they’re elective fertility because she didn’t want an age gap between her kids. On top of that now she’s driving me crazy with the potential that they might get twins or triplets (they did IUI). We lost twins so I’m just so over the insensitivity w all her remarks! It also kind of amazes me that the Drs just hand out fertility treatments like candy! We had to fight so hard to be heard until we found my Dr now!

What would y’all say to her??? I’m hormonal & don’t want to be an ass but like WTF?!! I’m so frustrated & just want to politely ask her to shut the heck up! She doesn’t get it. 🤦🏻‍♀️😫😠
