FTM being induced tomorrow at 39 weeks...Absolutely terrified.

I’m 39 weeks tomorrow and it is also when I’m getting induced. I’m getting induced due to being high risk. As the day gets closer I’m absolutely terrified of giving birth. I’m afraid of how much it will hurt, afraid of complications, and of possibly dying. I know the last one is very unlikely to happen, but still terrified of it non the less. Does anyone have any advice or words of wisdom to maybe help my anxiety a little bit? As the day gets closer and closer my anxiety gets worse and worse.
