HELP!! Period after D&C. I’m stressing out!

I had a missed miscarriage and had a d&c; done on Sept. 22. I hadn’t started my period so my doctor prescribed me Provera. I eventually had AF on Nov. 15th. I ovulated on Nov 25 or 26. I spotted brown on Dec. 1 and 2 and started bleeding bright red, brown, dark red, pink on Dec 3 and 4. I spotted brown the next 2 days and my boyfriend and I BD yesterday and I started spotting pink again then brown!! I’m so confused on what is going on with my body. Btw, I have had BFN! (I was hoping it was implantation) Have any of you ladies experienced this before?!?
