Progesterone migraines?

Has anyone else had horrible migraines from the progesterone suppositories? This is my 3rd medicated cycle and I’ve had these migraines each time several days before my expected period. It’s horrible! I understand the progesterone is important but strongly considering asking to not take them next cycle unless my levels are low. Any insight is appreciated!!

what time of day do you take them? i take mine at night.  i learned that they make me dizzy.  this way i sleep through the side effects.

I had them when I was on the progesterone pill. Dr said it was normal, but they still sucked.

Yes, at night is definitely better (and recommended). I’m getting terrible acne, massive bloating and the worst nightmares of my life, in addition to migraine like you. 
I actually wonder if they really help (not for me anyway so far).

Sorry about the headaches!  My only side affect was AF cramps from the moment I started inserting the progesterone....it was horrible....talk to your doctor!
