Iv been trying to conceive now for a year Iv had all the tests done docs told me low is 16 n high is 30 what ever that means mine was 29 which I guess Is normal they didn't say was anything rong ect gave me folic acid to take which I have been for about 6 months my BF got tested and said he was fine in not stressed about it not the glow app tells me when I'm fertile but overlatin tests says I'm not overlating on thoes days 😔😫 I'm 26 my partner is 27 I don't so drugs I drink on special occasions and so does he 🤔

Are you using opks and temping? Are you having sex at the right time? Are you over weight? Or do you have irregular periods. That can greatly affect ttc. Glow is only a prediction of when you ovulate you may end up ovulating earlier or later or not at all. A lot of women swear by preseed lubricant so you could try that. Taking prenatals could help you too. You need to have sex leading up to ovulation not just on the day or day after you ovulate because you could miss your window because the egg only last 12-24 hours sometimes 36.

It can take some time. I’m 2 years so far. Have you looked at diet? Organic foods rather than processed. Cutting out sugar etc. taking a wholefood vitamin, not synthetic. Exercise. The quality of your cervical mucous? Doing things to increase that. Using preseed or other alternatives.
Remember any healthy couple, right on the time of ovulation, still only have a 30% chance to fall pregnant.
And, use OPKs & BBTing to track your ovulation. Not a computerised app that just tells you based off of averages.
