Havnt felt baby—don’t think so

18 weeks and for the past few days every so often I’d feel a twinge down there that feels like it’s directly on my vagina. It’s not painful but definitely noticeable...wants to make me clench my thighs together. Feel like as if there’s a rubber band there and someone tweaking it and it pings. It not pain but it’s weird and since this isn’t my first pregnancy I know it doesn’t feel like a baby moving but maybe it does....
