Would you be irritated

So I recently moved in a townhome along with a neighbor. We connected and knowing we both are social people decided to plan on having a BBQ night like once a week. So, I did the first time. My husband and I invited her, her boyfriend, and their daughter over. Everything went fine. But then anytime after i tried to plan it seemed to always be at my home. So i would just cancel because I didn’t want to one sided. Now I am passive aggressive so I’d just blame it on my home being i cleaned in hopes she’d offer to have a night at her home. Because I don’t have money every week to feed her family, sorry. Anyway she’d continue to ask to hang so I suggested we do a game night every Tuesday to gather new friends ( which has worked great for me). She agreed that WE would host game nights. So I host game night 3 times. And every time instructing people to bring any food or drinks they’d like, and I’d have a snack as well for everyone. Well as people come, people would bring drinks of their choice, and one of the girls would always bring food for everyone too. My neighbor didn’t. But would always drink my beverages and eat the snacks. All I am asking is for a little give and take on these nights you suggested we have. I am broke I can’t be the hostess with the mostest sorry. I’m just irritated. On top of that other people have offered to host game nights. And have suggested game bars. And my neighbor has done nothing. And I just hit my peak irritation when last game night she stood us all up. We have game night late so she can attent. Last week she didn’t and didn’t tell anyone. So everyone waited on her. Am I wrong for being a bit irritated. I feel like I am doing the most. This is what SHE wanted originally.
