Ugh need advice

Just venting

When it comes to sex my husband say no about 65%of the time and I maybe say no about 15% of the time. I’m 21 and he is 25 we have been together for 2 years and when we started dating we had sex almost all the time and now I’m lucky if I get it once a week (big sigh 😔 )

I’m becoming very sexually frustrated. I tried tonight I came up behind him and started stroking him threw his pants and he pushed my hand away and said no when I asked why he said not today, also when I Bluntly ask for it he says maybe and maybe always means no when it comes to him. When I try to talk to him about it it’s starts a fight
