Did I just pass my subchronic hemorrhage?

I am nine weeks pregnant and since about week 5 I've had spotting and bleeding. Went to my doctor when it started and found out that I have a subchronic hemorrhage (or blood pocket). Tonight I started bleeding a little heavier than spotting and then had a blood clot about the size of a quarter. I haven't bled anymore since the clot, although it's only been a few hours so it's hard to say. Do you all think maybe that was the blood pocket that came out?!
