Exercise after c-section ?
Hi guys ! So this may or may not sound silly but I’m 4 months pp via c-section & I’m just wondering when everyone started to work out normally again after c-section ? Or when they think it would be okay. I really want to get my tummy back but I read a lot online (bad idea I know lol) & I’m nervous about ab workouts. Tia 💓☺️
