advice, opinions, experience with this ????

so I had my daughter March 1st, 2017 the pregnancy and birth went very smooth, no complications or anything like that. well when she was about 2 months old i had very very bad pain on my left side of my stomach that had me going into the ER, they guessed that it was a cyst and did an ultra sound to look at my ovaries, they never confirmed that that's what it was, it was there guess and said the ultrasound never showed anything. well, I still get pains on the same side and into my pelvis and I can sometimes feel it in my legs, also hurts during sex. the pain is worse if I'm on my period. my whole pelvis area hurts so bad that I can stand or sit right, when I go to pee my vagina and bum area feels like I'm getting stabbed there. but then when I'm not on my period it's not as bad unless I'm doing a lot of standing and lifting. so I'm just wondering if anyone else has had any of this after they had there first kid ??? also will hurt if I lay on my stomach or back for to long. im already setting up another appointment to get everything checked.
