what to do?

hey guys so i was having really bad itching and soreness so i thought i had a yeast infection. I went to the store and used some stuff (pic insterted) i woke up with morning and my vagina is swollen, hurts way more and is more itchy. Is it possible I'm allergic to it? Any idea what i should do. I also included a pic of what my vagina looks like Yesterday it just red now it's completely swollen, it even hurts to walk.
