pregnancy acne?

im 3 weeks & 3days and im noticing im breakinh our alot almost like when i get AF.. anyone else breaking out more than usual? what can I use or not use?

oh boy i had it bad my last pregnancy....like iy never went away for anything...i actually went to the doc and turned out i needed antibiotics for something else ans it finally went away with medicine!! im pretty sure it was a staff infection on my face and not so much just regular acne...it was awful and not even popable..but i also used apple cider vinager after washing my face to balance it and burts bees acne treatment. i steared away from any chemicals..went for all natural
