Confusing...

So cd 14,15 & 16 which makes today three days of spotting and I had my menstrual already! I’m confused as to what it might be if I’m gettin bfn’s unless I ovulated early and it’s implantation bleeding cause it’s only when I wipe I wear a thin panty liner and it’s barely anything it’s definitelyyyyy not my period no itching or pain. No signs of anything abnormal besides this spotting/light bleeding but like I said only when I wipe. Very faint cramps and some kind of feeling in my stomach above where my cramps would be. My body is sore all over like I’ve exercised...not recently lol! Tops of my breast are sore it’s just nothing I experience during normal menstrual flow!! Anyone had these symptoms to only start your period or early pregnancy signs???!! Ladies help me out pleaseee
