Fertility Supplements?

My hubby and I have been ttc for 7 months with no luck. We are both over weight. I'm trying to find some fertility supplements to help us get pregnant. I have bought preseed and plan on using it next month, but do you mommas have any other ideas of things we could try? This will be my first and my Hubby's 3rd. Thanks in advance.

just started using Maca root. I found it on amazon (going to start trying at end of month with it so I have no opinions on but had good reviews). I've used pre seed before and good results. one thing I recommend is there vitamins he can take and you to be on prenatal and make sure it has iodine, suppose to help the bean stick supposedly.

our GYN just put me on Clomid. but supplements you can get without a script. Vitex, Evening Primrose, Lydia Pinkham, taking Robitussin to increase cervical mucus. all of these vitamin supplements I've had suggested from couples who have gotten pregnant from taking them

I've been taking CoQ10 for 3 months in preparation for IVF next month. I've been taking 100 mg once a day, but just increased to twice a day. It's supposed to help with egg quality.
