over weight and ttc
I'm 5'2 and 234 pounds and also 18 years old. I've been over weight my whole life. we are going to try for baby #2 and I would like to drop some pounds before hand. I also have been diagnosed with second degree hypertension which makes it hard to exercise any suggestions.
