Baby isn’t growing

ob said it was a missed miscarriage, he scheduled a d&c; for tomorrow..

I went in two weeks ago being 6 weeks pregnant for my first ultrasound, everything looked fine. today I went to see a high risk doctor since i’m on blood thinners and he said it looks like the baby isn’t growing. he recommended scheduling a d&c;, I refused. I got home and a few hours later I began spotting and cramping. I’m really hoping I’m not having a miscarriage 😭
