Watery Discharge?

I’m 18 weeks today and yesterday i was laying on the bed and my toddler was kinda standing on the bed and she went to walk towards me and fell into me with her hand on my belly, well since then I’ve been having small cramps on and off and watery discharge I’m not sure if I’m freaking myself out thinking its different from the usually discharge i have had or not. I went to the ER to get it checked out because they wouldn’t let me in L&D; yet since i wasn’t 18 weeks they did an ultrasound and said baby and fluid looks great, but I’m not so sure I’ll probably call my doctor in the am. I just needed some reassurance i guess, thanks ladies!
