How do I tell my boyfriend and my parents?

I just found out I'm pregnant yesterday and I have no idea how to tell my boyfriend or my parents. I'm 21 and still live with my parents. While they are supportive of me in many aspects, I know they will be disappointed in me. As for my boyfriend, I don't know how he'll react. I had expressed I was concerned of being pregnant for the past couple days, but he has assured me it's just my hormones messing with me.

I had already booked bus tickets to Minneapolis about a week ago for this weekend and I think I should tell him before I leave. But that only gives me today and tomorrow to tell him... which I'm quite nervous about. And I'm still unsure how I'm going to do it because I can't even utter the words "I'm pregnant".

Any ideas how I can tell my parents and my boyfriend I'm pregnant without actually saying it? Or a way that might get me in the least amount of trouble?
