Please please help!

Ok so Friday I took a test and it came back positive (using second morning urine) but then about 1 or 2 hours later my period came (it was due to come that weekend at some point) I had mild cramps (only that day for a couple hours) I went toilet and wiped and there was red so I though ok AF, must’ve been a false positive. I wore this tampon for about 5 or so hours and when I took it out it wasn’t fully covered and it was mostly just brown. That’s unusual for me because normally my first day would be full of red blood and just horrible but not this one. I wore 2 more tampons after that, second was the same with a little less (also brown) and the third was fully covered with red and brown but then after that I had nothing. It just... stopped. I didn’t need to wear anything to bed either because my period was that light! After this third tampon I only wiped and there was red/pink and sometimes pink discharge and after that was either nothing when I wiped or just pink stains. So today I took another test (about 8 o’clock this evening) because that period was so weird and unusual and this test was different to the one I took Friday, and it came back positive with a darker much more noticeable line! So am I right in thinking maybe it’s a chemical pregnancy? I don’t think I’ve got any symptoms, I noticed I was getting hungrier more these last couple days and I’ve been sleeping more but that’s about it! Had some twinges in my lower abdomen but I put that down to AF. So any ideas? Thanks ladies :)

I would also like to add I have had a miscarriage before back in June! I do have one of those brown lines from naval to pubic bone and I have been bloating but I can only feel it mainly after I eat but look bloated all the time.
