I do not feel pregnant... but.

This was a week ago and I’m still in disbelief because I do not feel like there is a baby in me.. my 8 week appointment is December 26 and I’m scared they’re gonna tell me my baby isn’t alive ... I am 6 weeks right now.. do you guys think there is something wrong or am I just stressing?

I’ve only had

Sore breasts

Bloating

Light cramps

Peeing more than usual

And nausea that comes and goes w/out throwing up... -does that mean my hcg levels are too low?

Gosh I’m nervous😢
