Infertility

Good morning, I have read several different articles on how wild yams can assist with producing twins. Has anyone ever heard of this? Any feedback that you can give me will be greatly appreciated. My husband and I have been TTC for over 3 years but this is my first time downloading an app and looking for the days that I’m ovulating. Again any feedback on where to start before I make an appointment with a fertility specialist will be greatly appreciated. Oh, and for those that are seeing a fertility specialist, may I ask if any of your treatments are affordable?
