Should I find a new gyno?

So I've been contemplating this for awhile now. My doctor told me I had endometriosis and a 5" cyst on my ovary so she said I needed surgery to remove it. On August 10 I had surgery and the cyst had already ruptured and there was no endometriosis to be seen. I got pregnant and in October 10 found out I had a miscarriage. She told me I needed a d&c; and had one done on October 12. On October 17 I started having severe pain in my uterus and went to her and she performed an ultrasound and left a lot of tissue inside of me. I was rushed into an emergency d&c; and the results came back that she left half of the fetus in me and it was all necrotic. I have pcos really bad she said and she has done nothing to help me try to conceive or tell me how I can make it better. All she has done is given me a brochure. I don't know if I'm being over dramatic so I need some honest opinions!
