Working 3rd shift while pregnant?

I juuust found out I’m pregnant like two days ago- but currently I work from 3am - 1pm everyday and I’m curious if anyone has ever done this before and how they handled it. I’m worried I’m going to feel really terrible at work and it is going to affect my productivity. I can’t really go to bed any earlier than 8pm either due to other responsibilities Any tips on what to expect or how to handle it?

if its what your body is used to it shouldn’t be any different than a pregnant momma working a first or second shift job that shes used to. but definitely do whatever is comfortable for you :)

I'm currently working 10pm to 7am pregnant but I'm only 12 weeks 4 days. My productivity is still ok bit lower than normal because I had horrible morning sickness. I'm starting to feel a little better and starting to get back in the swing of things. I will say I had to call out twice since I found out at 3 weeks because I just couldn't get motivate myself to go to work. Just try to get plenty of sleep and take naps. good luck, love!
