Help! Opinions on this gift? Mommy’s, would you like this?

So I’m a nanny, I’m with the two kids 5 days a week, 10 hours a day. The parents work really hard and often have me babysit on weekend nights. I’m running a little short on money this year, but I️ wanted to do something for them since they treat me so well. I️ was thinking about giving them something like the picture, and then a little “coupon” for 4 hours of free babysitting. Do you think this is a decent idea, or would it be tacky? If you were/are a parent would you like this? Please be honest!
