23 dpo... and still BFN

According to my opk my ovulation was Nov 21, I'm now at 23 dpo and still no signs of AF, but getting negatives on my hpts. I've had this "heavy" feeling in my lower abdomen for over a week now, but it's a different sensation than cramps. I have a blood test scheduled with my dr on Friday.
