If I am home. I never wear underwear. If I go out in public depends. I’m 27 weeks pregnant so I wear pregnancy leggings most of the time so underwear lines aren’t attractive.... if I wear jeans then yes. Underwear. 
And to the user who commented about everyday CM getting every where. If you don’t wear underwear your vagina has time to “dry” and you don’t leak every wear. It is actually recommended for women who get frequent UTIs or yeast infections to “let it air out” to help prevent. 
Heck. In the ER/hospital we refuse to let our elderly patients wear underwear or adult diapers bc of the lack of air movement and increase risk of infection.

Cotton underwear lets you breath. I sometimes do without at night, but that's the limit, way too much cm to go commando.

I don't wear any at bedtime unless on menses...You aren't suppose to. However, I could never get away with it during the day. 😂😂😂

I have to wear underclothes, like 24/7! The only time I don't is when I take a bath or having sex. I feel so naked without them. Plus I'm hardly ever dry down there so I'd be scared my pants and thighs would be wet often. I just couldn't do it.
