I have been in a relationship for 2 years both of us are divorced and have always said we don’t want to get married again and open ourselves up to that pain again because we both felt like it’s a waste of money to go through a wedding to turn around and get a divorce. However I have completely changed my perspective recently and then having our baby I have really wanted to have more. He tells me he loves me more than anything and we are constantly planning our future and talking about buying a house. Just talking about it doesn’t make me feel like it’s real I want more. I want the ring and marriage. I want us to be a real family. My toddler calls him dad when he’s not her dad and he has never tried to stop it.

How do I talk to him about it??
