What does miscarriage begin with?

Pain? How? Bleeding? Just curious Cuz I’m afraid of miscarriage since I never had one and I’m pregnant with my 3rd and my mind is running ramped with no good excuse lol 
I don’t have bleeding or pains or anything but just would like to know how it begins. Thx

I started spotting with brown blood. Then it became red bright red.

Happened last week, my boobs didn’t hurt as bad, and I felt “normal” again. Weirdest feeling. Had some spotting, which is normal, but then came the bleeding. Bleeding wasn’t really too heavy and cramps weren’t too bad actually. they sent me for blood work and it was super low, to the point where they didn’t even have me follow up with the labs 2 days later. My bleeding only lasted 2 days though. The whole thing was very strange.

With mine bleeding started first. I had brown spotting for a few days that got heavier and turned red. Went to the doc and they found a baby with a heartbeat. That same night got up to pee, and blood gushed down my legs and the sac came out around 2.

Hi! I miscarried last week. My absolute earliest sign (that I didn’t know was a sign, because it’s also normal to feel this way throughout pregnancy) was my boobs going from incredibly painful and tender, to feeling perfectly fine. The next day I started spotting brown/light pink. By that same night it turned into red. Middle of the night it got heavier. Cramping started. By the morning I got my hcg levels tested and they were “very low”. They told me to go home and relax. Few hours later I went to the ER because it was painful and a heavy flow like a period. Got my levels retested and it was lower than my test in the AM. Informed me I miscarried. Then I went home and let it naturally complete itself.
