Baby Kicks but not pregnant?

This is sooo odd so im sure im not pregnant, havent taken any tests but ive still been having regular, heavy periods sooo. Anyway the last week or two my belly keeps literally feeling like real baby kicks. Ive put my hand there and felt it from the outside. It is such an odd feeling, its not gas or anything because it feels completely different it feels exactly how it felt when i was pregnant with my daughter. Is my mind playing tricks on me because I do want another baby? Am i literally going insane?? Has this happpened to anyone else before
