I started the depo shot when I was 17 and got off it when I was 21. My body hasn’t been the same since. My doctor put me on the pill to help regulate it for 6 months which helped a ton. Then I got off that to try to have a baby. Two years later I finally got pregnant. My body literally stopped ovulating so we weren’t even able to try for a baby every month 🙄

The first time I got off it, I got pregnant right away but only got one period. The second time I did I haven’t been normal at all. Period 35-40 days. One was 48 days long 🙄 I use two apps to track everything plus strips but it’s still hard getting pregnant. I had a MC in August too. A year total we’ve been trying. Honestly I’m never going back on BC lol

I still had a period every month but it took 3 months for my body to get back to its "normal" cycle. I didn't bleed for 3 months straight though. How long have you been off?

Got pregnant right away, so no answer here. (It was planned). I haven't had a real period in at least 3 years!
