Pregnancy Yoga

So I didn’t work out very consistently before I got pregnant and My doctor told me he didn’t recommend starting now unless its only light walking, but absolutely no more weight training 😭 so I wanted to start pregnancy yoga to at least have some physical activity but since Ive never done yoga before is it safe to start? Ive heard both sides and I would really love to add a little physical activity to my pregnancy even if its only twice a week. Opinions?
